Payroll Specialist

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team! Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $26 to $31 per hour.

Job Duties:

Process ADP WFN payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner Maintain employee records and ensure all information is up to date Calculate and process deductions, including taxes, benefits, and garnishments Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposit statements Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues or errors Generate payroll reports for management and accounting purposes Assist with year-end payroll tasks, including W-2 preparation Collaborate with HR department to ensure accurate employee data

Requirements:

5 years' of experience as a Payroll Coordinator Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Expert in using ADP WFN payroll software and MS Office applications (especially Excel) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Background & employer verification is required
