If there is alignment now or in the near future, we reach out. The Opportunity We partner with manufacturers across Caledonia seeking Payroll Specialists who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit. Key Responsibilities Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees. Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, and deductions. Administer and reconcile payroll-related benefits and deductions. Prepare and submit federal and state payroll tax filings. Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, taxes, and deductions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll laws and regulations. Recommended Qualifications 3+ years of experience processing multi-state payroll for 500+ employees, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated proficiency with payroll software (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, Paycom) and timekeeping systems. Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations, including multi-state tax compliance. Experience with payroll general ledger reconciliation and journal entry preparation. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and payroll processing. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
