Responsibilities Engage with prospective and existing clients through outside sales efforts, including retail sales and telemarketing campaigns, to promote insurance products. Negotiate policy terms and coverage options to secure the best value for clients while meeting company standards. Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation. Utilize marketing strategies to attract new clients and expand the agency's customer base through outreach initiatives. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details clearly, when needed. Maintain compliance with industry regulations such and ensure all client interactions adhere to legal standards. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales or telemarketing with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with effective communication skills to articulate complex insurance concepts clearly. Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations effectively. Familiarity with sales administration processes, analysis skills for assessing client needs, and marketing techniques. Knowledge of insurance sales practices, benefits administration, and customer service principles within the P&C sector. Strong analysis skills to evaluate risk factors and tailor coverage options accordingly. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and regulatory compliance.
