PCA Personal Care Assistant

Job description Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing Provide assistance with mobility and transfers Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals Assist with meal preparation and feeding Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and patient demeanor Ability to follow instructions and work independently Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information Please note that prior experience as a Personal Care Assistant is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to ensure you have the necessary skills to excel in this role.
