Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Worker (PCW) to provide exceptional support and care to individuals in their homes. As a PCW, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors by assisting with daily activities, monitoring health, and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors including those requiring specialized memory or dementia care. Your energy and commitment will help foster a nurturing atmosphere in the home, where clients feel valued, respected, and cared for. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Maintain a clean, safe environment by performing regular housekeeping duties. Engage residents in social activities and provide emotional support to promote mental well-being. Experience We prefer candidates with home care/ personal care experience. We do not provide our clients with any skilled medical services.
