• Join Us Roles & Responsibilities Work directly with I&C Market Agent Representatives Responsible for growing and maintaining customer accounts through sales and customer service Entering, managing, and expediting orders Responding to customer, distributor, agent, and outside sales personnel inquiries Reviewing daily reports, order maintenance and order blocks Managing quote requests, sales leads, and product promotions Collaboration with MV Accessories Team, to identity areas of improvement, develop product pricing, etc.

Analyze market pricing and provide pricing guidance Develop relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet those needs Negotiate pricing and contract terms Provide customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction Serve as backup during out-of-office scenarios by managing tasks, addressing urgent issues, and ensuring the continuity of operations in the absence of primary team
