This is an 11-month contract with a potential for extension.
Pay:
$60.00•$70.00/hr ; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.
Schedule:
Mon-Fri. 25% travel. | Standard day schedule
Description:
Top 3 skills sets required: Project Management & Delivery•strong planning, scheduling, risk/issue management, RAID ownership, and delivery against committed timelines. Stakeholder Management & Communication•ability to engage cross functional global teams (IT, Quality, Facilities, Operations, Site Leadership) and provide clear, structured status reporting.
Systems / Process
Change Deployment•experience supporting enterprise system deployments (e.g. CMMS, ERP, or similar), including change management, site readiness, and go live/hypercare support. 3 main responsibilities/day to day activities required for this role: End to end project execution, scope definition, detailed planning, schedule management, tracking, reporting, and governance.
Stakeholder coordination:
facilitating regular project forums, managing dependencies across workstreams (IT, Data, QMS, Change, Training), and ensuring alignment with site and global teams. Risk & issue management: proactive identification, escalation, and mitigation of delivery risks, including support through go live and post go live stabilization. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Scope, plan, and manage CAMS (Computerized Asset Management System) deployment projects in alignment with the established Maintenance Excellence deployment framework and PMO governance. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines, scope, and quality expectations. Monitor project progress and performance, tracking schedule, risks, issues, and dependencies, and implementing corrective actions as required. Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, providing clear visibility of progress, risks, issues, and key decisions to stakeholders and governance forums. Engage effectively with site leadership, functional teams, and programme stakeholders to ensure alignment, commitment, and timely execution of project activities. Manage project risks and issues, ensuring appropriate mitigation, escalation, and resolution in line with PMO standards. Coordinate cross functional activities to support project delivery, ensuring work is executed in accordance with approved plans and standard processes. Support go live and stabilization activities, ensuring projects transition successfully through delivery phases within the standard programme lifecycle. Operate within the standard project management framework, tools, and reporting cadence as defined and overseen by the PMO.
Key Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant project management experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated experience managing complex projects within a structured project management framework, including scoping, planning, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and close out. 5+ years of Change Management experience Experience within the medical device industry HIGHLY preferred Proven ability to manage project timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies, and to drive corrective actions to support delivery against agreed objectives. Strong experience engaging and coordinating with cross functional stakeholders, including site leadership, functional teams, and programme or PMO organizations. Demonstrated capability to operate effectively within PMO governance, using standard tools, processes, and reporting mechanisms. Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to assess information, prioritize activities, and manage multiple workstreams concurrently. Effective communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise project updates and to communicate status, risks, and milestones at all levels of the organisation. Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, global environment, balancing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations. Self directed, accountable, and detail oriented, with a strong focus on delivery and execution.
