May 22, 2026 2:16 AM (UTC) Job Description Independence Jr/Sr High School is seeking the following: PE/Health Teacher 2026-2027 School Year Qualifications/Education Profile Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an education discipline applicable to teaching assignment.
Certification/License:
State of Iowa Teaching License Endorsement(s): 5-12 Physical Education (147) and 5-12 Health (138) Prior successful teaching experience at the appropriate grade level is preferred but not required. Strength and Conditioning and Health experience preferred. Will include a Junior High Exploratory class.
