Pediatric Dental Assistant

We are looking for a reliable Dental Assistant or RDA to join our team on Mondays and Fridays. We have a beautiful, modern office in Monrovia and focus on giving kids a great, stress-free experience. This starts as a two-day position, but we are growing quickly, so there is definitely a clear path to full-time if you're looking for long-term growth.

The Role:

You'll be working chairside with our pediatric dentist, taking digital x-rays, prepping rooms, and keeping our instruments sterilized. Most importantly, you'll be helping our young patients and their parents feel comfortable, guiding them through their visits, and chatting with them about oral hygiene in a way they actually understand.

What we need from you:

An active California RDA license OR a DA certificate with your X-ray cert. Current CPR certification. Pediatric experience is a huge plus, but having a patient, calm demeanor and a natural knack for working with kids is the most important thing.
