Pediatric Dental Treatment Coordinator/ Front Desk

Front Desk Associate needed for a fast paced pediatric dental office. Looking for a multitasking person with an outgoing personality, dependable, good communication skills, team player and detail oriented to join our team. Experience with Open Dental (software program) would be a plus, but not required. Dental experience whether front office or assisting is required. Health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits are offered to employees and pay is based on experience. Duties of a business team member include but not limited to:  Friendly and professional greeting patients and parents  Professionalism when answering the phone  Responsible for verifying and filing Insurance  Tasks related to billing and collections  Scheduling patients and confirming appointments  Willing to help out where ever needed to make office run efficiently Hours are Monday-Thursday 7:45am-5:00pm and Friday 7:45am-1:00pm Someone who is bilingual in Spanish would be great, but not required. Competitive pay based on experience.
