Must have a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.), or foreign degree equivalent; Completion of two years' residency training in Pediatrics; Completion of three years' residency training in Child Neurology; Valid unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license (allopathic or osteopathic).
