Friday:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM . Will care for patients with acute, chronic illness, and minor injuries in a team-based environment while supporting Grace Health's mission of delivering high-quality, accessible care to the community .

Qualifications:

NP Education:

Master of Science in Nursing and successful completion of an accredited nurse practitioner program in a practice specialty.

PA Education:

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program and eligible for or currently certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
