We are a highly respected, referral-only pediatric OT practice specializing in Aquatic Occupational Therapy, outdoor/nature-based therapy, and real-world functional treatment . We are looking for a like-minded therapist to join our close-knit and innovative team. This is not a typical clinic job. At H2O Kids Therapy, you'll work alongside experienced therapists in warm water therapy pools, parks, beaches, schools, community settings, and a welcoming home-based therapy space — helping children thrive through movement, connection, regulation, play, and meaningful participation. Therapy takes place in:
the Bellevue Aquatic Center warm water therapy pool parks and beaches community settings private schools a warm, home-based therapy environment We also run outdoor Nature-Based OT Summer Camps . Collaborative Team Culture You will rarely work in isolation.

Mentorship in Aquatic OT Ongoing direct mentoring and support in aquatic therapy techniques and treatment approaches are provided. Requirements Minimum 2 years pediatric OT experience Active Washington OT license Comfortable working in the water Strong safety awareness and sustained vigilance Ability to engage in active movement throughout the day including: kneeling crouching crawling running lifting up to 50 pounds when needed (the size of a small child) Organized, reliable, playful, collaborative, and positive Strong written and verbal communication skills About Us We are a referral-only practice with an active waitlist and therefore do not currently maintain a website.
