Pediatric Occupational Therapist or COTA

Job Summary Centers of Development was the first pediatric focused wholistic therapy center in the UC established in 2002! We have 2 locations with a 3rd location in north Sparta in the works for summer 2026! We have the most comprehensive team in the UC supplying pediatric OT, PT, Speech, AAC, Feeding, ABA and neuro-visual therapies to ages 0-to beyond as needed! We are seeking coverage for an already established 8 hour day of therapy, and possibly more hours and days to come! Occupational therapists or COTA resumes accepted with the following qualifications: 1. TN licensed 2. 1 year pediatric experience or fieldwork in pediatrics 3. Comfortable treating Autism and developmental delays with neurodiversity affirming & trauma informed practices. 4. Excellent communication skills within the TEAM and collaborative spirit to work together in a supportive wholistic team approach.

Responsibilities and Duties Weekly treatments for amazing children with developmental delays, Dyspraxia, Autism, CP, ADHD, genetic disorders, vision disorders and SPD. Need malpractice insurance if an OT and apply for CAQH and credentialing with insurances. Benefits Will discuss in interview for full time at least 32 hours direct weekly in future.
