Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT/COTA) Pride Pediatric Therapy | Wilton, Maine Now Offering a $500 Sign-On Bonus! Looking for a pediatric clinic where you feel supported? What You'll Do Conduct evaluations and screenings to assess functional skills and developmental needs Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child and family Provide engaging, play-based therapy sessions that support independence and functional growth Collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary team members Educate caregivers on strategies to support progress at home Maintain accurate documentation using our EMR system Help create a welcoming, encouraging environment for children and families
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Brings positive energy, flexibility, and creativity to sessions Values teamwork and strong communication Enjoys building meaningful relationships with children and families Is passionate about helping children grow in confidence and independence Can adapt treatment approaches to meet each child's unique needs Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active Maine OT license (or eligibility to obtain) Current BCLS certification Pediatric experience preferred, but not required Experience with Autism, ADHD, developmental delays, sensory processing differences, Down syndrome, and related diagnoses is a plus New graduates and clinicians transitioning into pediatrics are encouraged to apply!
