In this role, you will provide comprehensive mental health counseling and behavioral therapy services tailored to pediatric patients. Your work will focus on assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote emotional well-being and developmental progress. We are seeking passionate professionals with a strong background in social work, mental health counseling, or related fields who thrive in a collaborative environment dedicated to patient-centered care. Duties Conduct thorough intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine individual patient needs. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis, acceptance and commitment therapy, and motivational interviewing. Provide individual and group counseling sessions focused on mental health issues including PTSD, gender issues, autism spectrum disorders, developmental disabilities, and crisis intervention. Collaborate with families, schools, and community resources to coordinate case management and ensure holistic care. Collect and document medical records, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards. Engage in crisis management and conflict resolution to support patients experiencing behavioral or emotional emergencies. Utilize data collection methods to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly. Experience Proven experience working with children and families in outpatient or community care settings preferred. Familiarity with behavioral health interventions such as applied behavior analysis (ABA), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed care. Knowledge of medical terminology, patient assessment techniques, and mental health diagnostic tools. Experience with HIPAA compliance, medical documentation, and electronic health record systems. Strong skills in crisis intervention, conflict management, and gender issues counseling. Prior work with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder is highly desirable. Willing to accept pre-licensed individuals. Willing to provide supervision and trainings as needed to help with professional development.

From $55,000.00 per year
