Our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to provide exceptional care tailored to each child's unique needs.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a licensed and enthusiastic Part-Time Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our growing multi-specialty team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping children develop mobility, strength, coordination, and confidence through individualized therapy. This role involves direct treatment, caregiver education, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate pediatric clients (typically ages birth to 12) for gross motor delays, neuromuscular conditions, orthopedic concerns, and developmental disorders Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with measurable goals Deliver hands-on, play-based therapy to improve strength, balance, coordination, and functional mobility Educate and empower caregivers with strategies for continued progress at home Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other professionals Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress reports in accordance with licensing and clinic standards Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and continuing education
Qualifications:
Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current PT license in NC Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with children preferred (new grads with pediatric clinical experience may be considered) Strong knowledge of pediatric developmental milestones and therapeutic techniques Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills Bilingual skills are a plus
Schedule & Compensation:
Part-time:
