We provide physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and feeding therapy services in a supportive, collaborative, and child-centered environment. Our team values curiosity, compassion, creativity, and relationship-driven care. We are seeking a pediatric physical therapist who is passionate about working with children and families and who values looking deeper to understand the "why" behind behavior, movement, and development. Position Overview We are looking for a full-time or part-time Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our growing team. This role involves evaluating and treating children with a variety of developmental needs, collaborating with families and other therapists, and contributing to a positive and supportive clinic culture. This position is ideal for a therapist who enjoys building strong relationships with families, thinking creatively, and working as part of an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with a variety of developmental diagnoses and motor challenges Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech therapists, caregivers, and other professionals Educate and support families using a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach Complete timely documentation and progress reports Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development Contribute to a warm, welcoming, and collaborative clinic environment Qualifications Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy Current state PT license (or eligibility for licensure) Passion for working with children and families Strong communication and collaboration skills Interest in neurodevelopment, regulation, sensory-motor integration, and whole-child care Pediatric experience preferred, but mentorship is available for the right candidate What We Offer Supportive and collaborative team culture Small caseloads Mentorship and professional growth opportunities Competitive compensation Opportunities to specialize and develop clinical interests A clinic culture that values authenticity, creativity, and meaningful relationships We would love to learn more about you and what excites you about pediatric physical therapy.
