Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans that encompass behavioral health, primary care, and specialty services. Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, medication management, lifestyle modifications, and community resources. Maintain accurate medical documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems. Experience Valid license as a Nurse Practitioner with certification in Psychiatric-Mental Health (PMHNP-BC or equivalent). Proven experience providing psychiatric care in diverse settings such as outpatient clinics, hospitals, assisted living facilities, or inpatient units. Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems Knowledge of psychopharmacology principles and medication management protocols for various mental health disorders. Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies related to behavioral health or mental health treatment innovations.
