Pediatric Registered Behavior Technician Autism (RBT)

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Summit Therapeutics provides quality, one-on-one, behavioral therapy for children with Autism. Plans of Care for each child are individualized

In-Home RBTs in this area have clinical support from an in-person BCBA. The is a highly collaborative learning environment and is ideal for both new RBTs and those looking to pursue higher education in the field of ABA.

Location:

We are seeking RBTs to see clients in-home in the area of Hartwell, Lavonia, Eastanollee, and Toccoa.

Schedule:

Ideal candidate has already completed a 40 hour Registered Behavior Tech course and has experience working in-home. We are currently open to hiring part-time or full-time staff. Scheduling can be flexible within our block schedule. Sessions occur between 8:30am-5:30pm. Our goal is to minimize drive time between clients as much as possible.

Compensation :

$22/hr to start with potential for advancement after 6 week probationary period to $23

• 25/hr.

Applicants must have:

RBT certification or have at least already completed a 40 Hour RBT course reliable, personal transportation experience working, teaching, or living with children with special needs a high school diploma or GED patience and the ability to "play" ability to work independently ability to receive and implement feedback from their BCBA a willingness to learn ability to be consistent with attendance and attitude as this is paramount to our clients' success CPR certification (can be completed after hire) National background check (completed after hire) Applicants must have completed a 40 hour RBT course before a job offer will be extended. The Autism Partnership Foundation offers a free course on their website. Upon being hired and passing a national background check, Summit will provide new hires with a competency assessment, training with clients, and assistance with registering to test. New hires are responsible for all fees associated with obtaining and maintaining their own RBT certification.
