Qualified candidates will possess the following: NJ Speech-Language Pathologist license Current New Jersey Department of Education certification Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates are welcome Experience in pediatrics, school, and healthcare settings is a plus Comfort working with varied student populations and collaborating with school staff Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills Your day-to-day responsibilities may include: Conducting assessments and providing direct/indirect speech-language therapy services Developing and implementing IEPs tailored to student needs Engaging in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborating with staff and families Maintaining detailed progress records and ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines Employing creative, evidence-based strategies to improve student outcomes Serving as a resource for colleagues on communication disorders and best practices Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including weekly pay at the same rate for both direct and indirect services.
