Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type All Job Types Make a meaningful impact in the lives of elementary students by supporting their communication and language development in a school-based setting. This full-time opportunity involves working with an elementary caseload of 49 students, using your expertise to foster growth, confidence, and academic achievement in a collaborative educational community.
Required Qualifications:
Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), including SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY Experience or strong interest in working within pediatric and school settings Skills related to teletherapy, in-person, or hybrid service delivery as needed Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct therapy services to a caseload of 49 elementary students Complete comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services and progress Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student outcomes Provide consultation and support for classroom-based strategies and generalization of skills Participate in IEP meetings, student reviews, and team planning sessions Adapt therapy approaches for on-site and teletherapy formats, as needed This is a rewarding position where your knowledge and passion for helping children will be appreciated and make a noticeable difference.
