Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in a school setting near Oxnard, CA. This contract position supports middle and high school students for the 2023-24 school year, working five days a week. The role requires delivering comprehensive speech-language services, including direct and indirect support, tailored to student needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide assessment, evaluation, and intervention services for students with speech and language needs Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families Monitor and document student progress Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings Utilize teletherapy methods when appropriate
Qualifications:
Active or pending state Speech Language Pathologist license required Experience in school settings and with IEPs preferred but not mandatory Familiarity with healthcare and pediatric settings is a plus Credentials including CCC, CFY, or SLPA experience valued Ability to manage a full caseload with both direct and indirect service hours
