Category Schools - SLP Job Type All Job Types Step into a rewarding role supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist, utilizing your expertise across pediatric, school-based, and teletherapy settings. This position offers flexibility in job type, so whether you have your CCC or are completing your CFY, your contributions are valued in helping children thrive in their communication skills. Essential Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Holds or is eligible for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Licensed or able to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in New Jersey Experience providing speech/language therapy in schools, with knowledge of IEP processes and documentation Strong background in pediatric speech therapy, both in-person and via teletherapy platforms Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Commitment to supporting diverse student populations and fostering an inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions Document progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in compliance with school standards Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student growth Provide services for Extended School Year (ESY) programs Utilize a variety of therapy modalities, including teletherapy, to ensure student access Support students' communication development, contributing to their overall academic and social success This is your chance to utilize your skills in a dynamic educational environment with students who benefit from your care and expertise.
