Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Bring your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist to a supportive and innovative school environment near Naperville, IL, where your contributions help shape students' communication skills and overall growth. Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure as an SLP, or eligibility to obtain it Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or strong Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates welcome Prior experience in school-based settings, pediatrics, teletherapy, or healthcare strongly encouraged Excellent assessment, therapy, and communication skills Enthusiasm for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and engaging with parents and teachersKey Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders Deliver evidence-based therapy to children in individual and small group settings, both in-person and via teletherapy platforms Work closely with educators, support staff, and families to foster inclusive and successful educational outcomes Maintain timely and accurate records, progress notes, and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary student support teamsWhat You'll Experience:
