  • Contract Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required.

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students and schools as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) just outside of Floresville, TX. This position runs from August 11, 2026, through May 28, 2027, and offers the chance to provide crucial services in a school-based setting for the 2026-2027 academic year. As a valued SLP or SLPA, you'll collaborate with educators and families to deliver therapeutic interventions and champion communication success for children across a variety of age groups. Applicants must possess:
An active Texas SLP or SLPA license Bilingual proficiency (Spanish preferred, as this is a required skill) Strong clinical skills, with relevant school-based or pediatric experience (SLP-CFYs and SLP-CCCs welcomed) Dedication to serving diverse student populations Effective communication and team collaboration skills Your responsibilities in this dynamic school role will include: Conducting speech, language, and communication assessments Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families Documenting student progress and maintaining compliance Supporting IEP meetings and goal setting Serving students across a range of age groups and needs—we are still gathering specifics on caseload size and demographics This contract role provides an appealing blend of professional fulfillment and security.
