Job Description

Category Schools - SLP - CFY Job Type Contract Step into a role supporting students' communication and development in a vibrant educational environment near Cambridge, MA. This contract opportunity is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist passionate about delivering impactful therapy in schools, whether you're a Clinical Fellow (CFY) or hold your CCC certification. Bring your expertise in pediatrics and healthcare to a collaborative team, and explore opportunities for both in-person and teletherapy services.
Qualifications and Skills:
Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathology license (state-specific requirements apply) CFY candidates as well as fully credentialed SLP-CCCs encouraged to apply Strong background or interest in school-based speech and language therapy Experience with pediatric caseloads and individualized education programs (IEPs) Skilled communicator with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Comfortable with technology; teletherapy experience a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to develop and implement IEPs Maintain accurate documentation and report student progress toward therapeutic goals Adapt interventions for diverse age groups and needs, from preschool to high school Participate in team meetings, student evaluations, and professional development opportunities Deliver services on-site or via teletherapy platforms as needed
