Desired Qualifications:
Holds a current Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP-CCC required) Previous pediatric experience, ideally within school settings Knowledge of IEP development and special education processes Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff Organizational skills for managing a diverse caseloadKey Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs Design and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication challenges Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to support student progress and classroom integration Maintain accurate records, document services, and participate in IEP team meetings Deliver direct therapy sessions and provide consultative guidance to educational staff Contribute to the overall success of the educational team by sharing knowledge and best practicesBenefits and Perks:
