Category Schools - SLP Job Type All Job Types Step into a full-time opportunity supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist, working with a manageable caseload of 49 students. This opening is ideal for professionals who thrive in a school environment and are passionate about nurturing communication and learning skills in young learners. Your expertise in school-based speech therapy, whether you are an SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or have experience in pediatric or teletherapy settings, will be highly valued. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active Speech-Language Pathology license and appropriate certifications Experience in school settings, preferably in elementary caseloads Background in any of the following: SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, Healthcare SLP, Pediatric SLP, or Teletherapy SLP Ability to conduct thorough evaluations, develop IEPs, and track measurable progress Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to a caseload of 49 elementary students Conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and maintain timely documentation Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Engage with parents and staff to support student goals and progress Adapt therapy techniques for both in-person and virtual environments when needed Enjoy a role where your expertise shapes the educational journey of students and supports their growth in communication.
