Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact supporting students' communication success in a welcoming school environment near Austin, TX. We're seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) for an on-site opportunity—full or part time—working with a district known for its strong commitment to student services and staff support. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while advancing your expertise in pediatric speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid Texas state SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply School-based SLP experience or strong interest in working with children and adolescents Ability to work collaboratively as part of an educational team Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Provide screenings, evaluations, and therapy to students with a range of communication needs Write IEPs, maintain documentation, and contribute to ARD/IEP meetings Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress Adapt intervention approaches to meet individual student needs Potential to tailor caseload age groups based on preferences discussed during the interview Enjoy a supportive work culture with a long-established staffing partner in the Austin area.
