Key Experience and Skills:
Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required; consideration for Clinical Fellows may arise if on-site supervision is available Background in pediatric settings and school environments preferred Teletherapy experience is highly valued Strong collaboration skills for working with educators, students, and families Comprehensive understanding of IEP development and data-driven therapy approaches
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in individual and group formats Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise for goal development and implementation Maintain thorough records in compliance with legal and ethical standards Communicate progress and strategies effectively with staff and families Adapt service delivery using in-person and/or teletherapy modalities
