We are a small, therapist-owned private practice specializing in Gestalt Language Processing (GLP), feeding therapy, and myofunctional therapy. I (the owner) love to keep a low-stress environment (minimal stress compared to hospital or corporate settings). We have a recent CFY staying and need more therapists for our growing practice. We have had no therapists leave! This opportunity is great for any SLP wanting to learn more about Myo, GLP or feeding therapy! You will be mentored by the owner directly and provided hands on trainings as well as paid CEUs/trainings.

What We Offer:

Full-time W-2 position or Part-time if desired (this is not a 1099 position where you have to pay your own taxes) Salary range for

Full Time:

$80,000

• $100,000 depending on experience and job responsibilities/desired schedule Choose your schedule! Options to work four 10's, five 8's, etc. Choose your start/end times and days of the week based on what is most sustainable for you (e.g., M-TH 8am
• 6:30pm, M-F 8:30-5pm, etc). Paid holidays Paid time off (PTO) Healthcare stipend A supportive environment with professional training and mentorship in GLP, feeding, myofunctional therapy, and more Therapist autonomy

Requirements:

State license in good standing (Texas) — or eligibility if applying as a Clinical Fellow Certificate of Clinical Competency in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) — or CFY eligibility Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology BLS/CPR certification (required within 30 days of employment) Einstein Speech Therapy is not a large corporate office with strict rules and structure. As a pediatric speech-language pathologist on our team, we will set you up with your own office and can work with you on what you want in your room/any toys that you like working with kids etc. Offices have windows! and will be tailored to make you feel at home.
