Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current or eligible state license as an SLP CCC-SLP or ready to enter Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Recent experience in pediatrics, schools, or healthcare settings Proficiency in providing teletherapy services (preferred but not required) Strong communication and collaboration skills Dedication to developing individualized treatment plans
Key Responsibilities:
Assess students to identify speech, language, and communication difficulties Develop and implement effective IEP goals in partnership with educational staff and families Provide direct and consultative speech-language services individually and in group settings Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed, maintaining thorough documentation Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and parent conferences Promote an inclusive, empowering environment to maximize student success Stay current with best practices for school-based and pediatric populations Opportunities available for ESY (Extended School Year) positions, including for those who have previously contributed positively Imagine guiding students to new achievements and collaborating with supportive colleagues while expanding your expertise in a dynamic school setting.
