Position Details:

We are growing with the addition of a full-time BC/BE Pediatrician to strengthen our established team at our satellite clinic•roughly 30m from the main campus , in the beautiful Smoky Mountains of Western NC. Outpatient only clinic Night nurse triage service Shared clinic call with three clinic locations (phone consult only)•no inpatient responsibilities Excellent referral base The practice blends administrative support with clinical autonomy, allowing physicians to find an ideal balance within the practice of medicine Supported by a strong administrative team, with billing, coding, staffing and day-to-day operational assistance Ideal candidate will combine solid training with an excellent bedside manner and a commitment to providing patient-focused care Athena EMR New grads and practicing physicians will be considered Our compensation may include: Competitive base salary plus worked relative value unit (wRVU) production bonus Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Paid time off and retirement plan Comprehensive health and well-being benefits Student loan repayment assistance Early-commitment residency stipend Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance and days Paid professional liability and malpractice coverage Marketing and practice growth assistance
