Job Description

ABOUT US
My Brother's Keeper is a substance use disorder treatment facility providing medically supervised detoxification and residential inpatient care to adults in Eastern Kentucky. Operated by Phoenix Rehabilitation Center, LLC, we are committed to evidence-based, trauma-informed treatment delivered with clinical excellence and genuine compassion. Our team includes a board-certified addiction medicine physician, licensed clinical social workers, therapists, social workers, and 24-hour nursing staff. We treat alcohol, opioid, methamphetamine, and polysubstance use disorders, including co-occurring mental health conditions.
