Schedule:

Consistent PRN coverage needed, 3-4 times per week Weekday shifts: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Weekend shifts: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM Will coordinate with current pharmacist schedules On-call availability preferred (24/7 coverage support ideal)

Responsibilities:

Manage general inpatient pharmacy operations and staffing Verify medication orders accurately and promptly Provide pharmacist oversight and support to pharmacy technicians Collaborate closely with physicians and nursing staff for patient care Deliver clinical support as needed to optimize pharmacotherapy Utilize WellSky system and Pyxis automation for medication management

Qualifications:

Active Pharmacist license required Prior hospital experience preferred for adapting to inpatient workflows Ability to work a flexible schedule and participate in PRN/on-call coverage Strong team-oriented mindset to support interdisciplinary collaboration

Team Environment:
