This assignment runs from May 26th through June 5th, offering a Monday to Friday schedule with 1st shift hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The facility is low volume and focuses on verifying prescriptions for clinic patients, allowing for focused, quality pharmaceutical care. Responsibilities include dispensing medications under the direct supervision of the manager, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of pharmaceutical services. Pharmacists will counsel and advise patients on their medication regimens, address patient inquiries and concerns professionally, and maintain accurate stock and controlled substance records. Collaborating closely with an experienced pharmacy technician skilled in Pioneer software, this role benefits from strong team support.

Key Qualifications:

Active pharmacist license in the state of Illinois Minimum of 1+ year retail pharmacy experience Proficiency with Pioneer pharmacy software preferred
