Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist - Retail Job Type Per Diem A well-established group of independently owned pharmacies in the Atlanta metro area seeks a Per Diem Staff Pharmacist to provide flexible support across multiple retail locations. This role starts as PRN coverage for one site and has the potential to expand into a part-time floater position covering up to 30-35 hours weekly among four pharmacies. Responsibilities include managing pharmacy dispensing activities primarily in a retail setting, handling a daily volume of 100-150 prescriptions, and supporting specialty medications packaging for delivery via mail and courier. The pharmacist will interact with a diverse patient population and ensure quality service in accordance with established protocols. Experience with PrimeRX software is preferred.

Key Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of retail pharmacy experience Strong knowledge of retail pharmacy operations and specialty medication handling Comfortable working across multiple sites and adapting to varied schedules Familiarity with PrimeRX software is highly desirable Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and teamwork

Lithonia, GA, with responsibilities spanning four metro area pharmacies

Schedule:
