This role focuses on supervising daily pharmacy operations in a busy setting handling approximately 1,000 compounded prescriptions daily, serving the mail order eye drop department specialized in post-cataract surgery products.

Ooltewah, TN (near Chattanooga)

Schedule:

Monday to

Friday:

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (lunch break 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM)

Weekends:

Closed Initial coverage needed May 27-29, with ongoing per diem opportunities available

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee a team of 5 pharmacy technicians responsible for data entry, prescription fills, phone communications, and routine tasks Provide expert guidance and answer clinical or operational questions as they arise Supervise the mail order eye drop department, ensuring accurate and timely shipment of three variations of post-cataract surgery eye drops Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and pharmacy standards

Qualifications:

Active Tennessee Pharmacist License in good standing Minimum 1-2 years of pharmacist experience Previous mail order pharmacy experience preferred but not mandatory Strong supervisory skills and attention to detail This position offers the chance to work in a focused compounding environment with a supportive team and meaningful patient impact.
