Commission-Based Pursuit is seeking an elite Performance Coach to join our luxury training environment. This is a premium, high-standard role for coaches who value professionalism, precision, and long-term career growth. Our clientele expects excellence in coaching, communication, and experience. Candidate Requirements Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field OR nationally recognized personal training certification CPR/AED certification Athletic background preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and presence Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Self-starter with strong accountability Preferred Skills Advanced program design and exercise selection Experience working with high-end clientele Ability to personalize training based on goals, injury history, and performance needs Strong coaching presence and leadership qualities Responsibilities Coach personal, semi-private, and small group training sessions Deliver structured, results-driven programs Maintain a polished, professional training environment Attend monthly staff meetings Support facility operations and presentation standards Build and manage your client base within the Pursuit system
