About CalMU California Miramar University is a private institution, erving students through accessible, career-focused academic programs. As CalMU continues to expand its reach across California, we are building a marketing function designed to drive measurable growth through data, systems, and operational excellence. Position Summary The Performance Marketing & Operations Manager owns CalMU's paid acquisition, marketing operations, and lead lifecycle. This role leads campaign strategy and execution across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, manages the HubSpot ecosystem end to end, and drives continuous improvement of the enrollment funnel. The ideal candidate is analytical, operationally rigorous, and motivated by measurable outcomes. This position also oversees the Digital Content, Brand & Social Media Specialist, ensuring that brand and content efforts align with performance goals and campaign priorities. Key Responsibilities Paid Media and Lead Generation Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative testing Identify and scale top performing channels, audiences, and offers Marketing Operations and HubSpot Ownership Build and maintain landing pages in HubSpot aligned to active campaigns Design and manage lead nurturing workflows across email and text Serve as the primary owner of the HubSpot CRM, including lead management, database hygiene, segmentation, and lifecycle stages Analytics, Reporting, and Optimization Define KPIs and build dashboards that measure campaign performance and enrollment funnel health Deliver regular reporting to leadership with clear insights and recommendations Lead conversion rate optimization across landing pages, forms, and nurture sequences Partner with admissions and enrollment teams to improve lead to enrollment conversion Team Leadership and Execution Management Supervise the Digital Content, Brand & Social Media Specialist Prioritize and manage the marketing execution backlog Ensure all marketing initiatives are measurable, accountable, and data informed Qualifications Required 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing operations, or growth marketing Demonstrated success managing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Strong working knowledge of HubSpot, including landing pages, workflows, and CRM administration Proficiency with analytics tools and reporting (Google Analytics, HubSpot reporting, Looker Studio, or similar) Proven ability to translate data into clear, actionable decisions Experience building and optimizing lead funnels Preferred Experience in higher education, professional education, or other consumer consideration funnels Prior people management experience Familiarity with SMS marketing platforms integrated with HubSpot Experience with A/B testing tools and conversion optimization frameworks
Pay:
$68,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
