Performance Video Director

Description:

WinChoice is seeking a Performance Video Director to build and lead our in-house video production function. This role combines hands-on execution and strategic oversight , with a clear focus on producing video content that drives inbound leads—calls, web submissions, and SMS—while maintaining efficient marketing spend. Success is measured by conversion and performance , not vanity metrics. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end video production (concept through delivery) Execute TV and CTV campaigns from CMO-provided strategy Develop and scale high-performing social video (TikTok, YouTube, Meta) Test and optimize creative across formats, messaging, and hooks Analyze performance and scale effective content across markets Build efficient production systems to support growth and output Capture on-site project footage and customer testimonials as needed

Required:
