We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional painting solutions while maintaining integrity and customer satisfaction. Summary We are seeking a dedicated Manager to join our team at Property Dr. Incorporated in Santa Barbara, CA. This role is vital in overseeing our operations and ensuring that we maintain our high standards of service and quality. The Manager will play a key role in leading our team and driving the success of our projects. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the painting contracting business. Perform takeoffs, scope reviews, and build accurate estimates (labor, materials, subs) Handle sales, marketing, estimating, and contracting tasks. Visit job sites and coordinate with superintendents. Set and achieve performance goals for growth and profitability. Oversee crews and ensure quality project completion. Perform some physical work as needed (moving equipment between job sites) Contribute to business growth with entrepreneurial and ownership-minded approach...... Requirements Strong skills in salesmanship and communication. Ability to read blueprints and understand construction/painting work. Willingness to work 20+ hours per week. Entrepreneurial mindset- able to self-direct and set goals. Physical ability to move material/equipment when necessary. Prior experience in painting/contracting is helpful but not required. Recent college grad with entrepreneurial mindset. Must be willing to commute daily or relocate to Santa Barbara, CA.
What We Offer Starting salary:
$70,000/year, with increase of $10,000/year after for the first 3 years. Potential for ownership stake and growth within the company. How to
