Do you love working with children? Are you confident speaking in front of groups? Do you naturally bring energy, excitement, and fun wherever you go? If so, this could be a perfect fit for you. This is not a desk job. This is a highly interactive, performance-based role where you will entertain children, lead activities, create unforgettable experiences, and become the highlight of someone's special day. No Bubble Show experience is required. We provide training and teach all show routines, equipment setup, and performance techniques. Pay & Opportunities $90 per 45-minute Bubble Show Travel reimbursement for events located more than 20 miles from your home Additional paid opportunities may be available for Science Shows, Character Performances, Princess Parties, Games, Workshops, and Special Events Flexible part-time schedule What You'll Do Perform interactive Bubble Shows for children and families Engage audiences through enthusiasm, humor, storytelling, and audience participation Create a fun, welcoming, and memorable experience for every child Set up, transport, and properly maintain performance equipment Communicate professionally with parents, schools, camps, libraries, and event organizers Adapt performances to different venues, group sizes, and event types Maintain a safe environment during performances and activities Requirements Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Willingness to travel throughout Chicago and surrounding suburbs Ability to lift, carry, load, and unload equipment Strong speaking voice and confident public speaking skills High energy, positive attitude, and outgoing personality Comfortable performing in front of groups of children and adults Dependable, punctual, and professional Weekend availability is required Ability to work independently and solve minor issues on-site Ideal Candidate You may be a great fit if you have experience in: Theater or acting Dance or performance arts Teaching or childcare Summer camps Birthday parties and children's events Public speaking or hosting events Most importantly, we're looking for people with personality, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for making children smile.
