$33.00/hour
Position Description:
Moderators are expected to interact directly with study participants using the provided study protocols and manage the data collected during each session. Moderators will report to the Project Manager. Training will be provided. Sessions occur at your local city, with other onsite moderators. Remote support will be provided from TELUS team members.
Main Responsibilities:
Create a welcoming environment for the participants and complete study intake tasks on the participant's arrival. Guide study participants through structured video recording sessions within a controlled testing environment. Ensure strict adherence to project guidelines for recordings, managing secure and timely data upload. Provide first-line technical troubleshooting for application launch and data transfer issues. Administer the required participant survey at the conclusion of each session. Adhere strictly to all specified sanitization procedures following each session. Follow the internal processes for tracking participant attendance, session completion, and other administrative tasks. Provide support for the scheduling team with participant communications and aid filling all the participant sessions as required. Professionally represent and actively promote the Telus Digital brand to all participants, and positively contribute to creating a safe and comfortable environment for the participants and staff members.
Requirements:
Exceptional ability to interact professionally and clearly with diverse project participants. Demonstrated technical/troubleshooting skills for application and data transfer issues. Working familiarity with both iOS and Mac OS platforms. Proven experience in both data collection processes and data management best practices. Experience using command-line tools Experience with standard audio recording procedures. Ability to commit to and maintain a consistent weekly schedule for the entire project duration. Experience with progress tracking and formal reporting, demonstrating competence with spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel or Numbers).
