uncletonysreptileshack@gmail.com About Uncle Tony's Reptile Show Uncle Tony's Reptile Show provides live, interactive reptile presentations for birthday parties, schools, festivals, camps, and community events throughout the Philadelphia area. Our programs are educational, entertaining, and designed to engage guests of all ages. Position Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic presenters to lead live reptile shows. This is a flexible, on-call, part-time position with increased opportunities during the summer season. It is ideal for college students, educators, performers, or anyone looking for engaging weekend or occasional weekday work. Key Responsibilities Deliver educational and interactive reptile presentations at schools, parties, and community events Share accurate, age-appropriate information about reptiles Safely handle, transport, and care for animals during events Maintain the safety and comfort of both guests and animals at all times Communicate professionally with children, families, and event coordinators Qualifications & Requirements Genuine interest in reptiles and wildlife education Comfortable handling snakes, lizards, turtles, and other reptiles (training available if needed) Strong public speaking and communication skills Experience working with children or in educational environments preferred Must be 18 years or older Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Located within reasonable driving distance of Philadelphia Flexible availability, particularly on weekends Preferred Experience Background in performance, teaching, or public presentations Familiarity with reptile care and handling Ability to manage high-energy environments with children Dependable, punctual, and personable Compensation $50 per one-hour show Additional pay for travel (time, gas, tolls) Opportunities for tips and performance-based bonusesJob Type:
