Wing Sales Booth Performer | Oklahoma Renaissance Festival compensation: $150/Day + shared team commission + tips employment type: weekends Dancing Wings is hiring for weekend booth staff to help sell fantasy wings and capes at the Oklahoma Renaissance Festival. This is not quiet retail. It is a high-energy, customer-facing job for someone who enjoys talking to strangers, helping people feel beautiful, and bringing a fun, family-friendly presence to a festival environment. You will be helping customers try on wings and capes, choose colors and fabrics, and experience the magic of movement, confidence, and transformation. What you'll do Invite customers to try on wings and capes

• Help them choose the right size, color, and fabric
• Adjust items for fit and comfort
• Encourage movement, confidence, and play
• Keep the booth looking beautiful and organized
• Stay present and engaged throughout the shift
• Help create a warm, welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere This job is a great fit if you: Are outgoing, expressive, and comfortable talking to strangers
• Enjoy costume culture, Renaissance Faires, fantasy, or theatrical environments
• Can be warm and encouraging without being pushy
• Are dependable, on time, and easy to work with
• Can stay upbeat and professional during long outdoor shifts
• Like the idea of dressing the part and participating in the visual magic of the booth Costume note You do not need to already own the perfect costume. What matters is your attitude. If putting together a fair or fantasy look sounds like a fun challenge, you may be a great fit. If it sounds like a burden, this probably is not the job for you. • We are looking for people who are reliable, coachable, and respectful
• No phone scrolling on shift except for emergencies or ride coordination
• Drug use on the job is grounds for dismissal
• Weekend reliability is essential Compensation $150/Day, plus non-competitive commission pool plus tips Schedule Weekend work during festival season
• Most hiring is for local applicants.
