Party Host & Guest Experience Assistant

Job Summary Bubba Play is looking for energetic, polished, and hospitality minded team members to join our birthday party team. This role is perfect for college students, babysitters, nanny-type personalities, future teachers, or anyone who naturally enjoys creating memorable experiences for families. We are looking for someone who notices details, helps moms breathe easier during parties, keeps energy high, and creates a warm, welcoming, atmosphere from start to finish. Responsibilities

• Assist with birthday party setup and reset
• Welcome families and help guests get settled
• Serve pizza, drinks, cake, and concessions
• Help organize gifts, candles, and party flow
• Keep party rooms clean, stocked, and photo-ready
• Interact positively with children and parents
• Assist with cleaning during event
• Help create a luxury guest experience for every family Skills Naturally enjoys children and families Has babysitting, daycare, nannying, teaching, or hospitality experience Works well in busy environments Can stay calm and kind during high energy moments notices details without being asked is comfortable speaking with parents professionally
