North Pole Temp Agency by Odd-O-T's Entertainment Seeking professional Santa performers for the 2026 holiday season at retail, attraction, and special event locations across multiple markets across the USA and Canada. We are looking for dependable, warm, guest-focused individuals who can create memorable holiday experiences for children and families while maintaining professional presentation and performance standards. North Pole Talent Agency, a holiday-focused division of Odd-o-Ts' Entertainment, provides professional Santa performers, holiday characters, and seasonal support talent for retail, attractions, events, and guest-facing holiday experiences. Rooted in live entertainment, creative production, and operational support, we help clients deliver holiday programs that feel polished, immersive, and professionally executed. Our focus goes beyond staffing by providing talent and coordination that support smooth operations, protect the guest experience, and create memorable seasonal moments.

Locations include:

Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas (Other states are not currently available at this time) Alberta, British Colombia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Saskatchewan Position Includes Family interaction and guest engagement Themed and established retail appearances Possible special events and promotional appearances Full and part-time seasonal opportunities Requirements Must be 18+ Must live within reasonable commuting distance of the assigned venue Reliable transportation Weekend and holiday availability preferred Comfortable working with children, families, and animals Comfortable taking direction and working within established performance guidelines Professional appearance and communication skills Natural white beard preferred, though some markets may allow professional theatrical designer beards Ability to stand/sit for extended periods Strong reliability and punctuality are essential. Once scheduled, we depend on our performers to honor their commitments and arrive prepared and on time. Compensation Competitive seasonal pay Most assignments begin over $40+ per hour Rates vary by market, schedule availability, and assignment type Eligible full-season employees may qualify for completion bonuses Additional Information This is a W-2 seasonal employee position, not an independent contractor role. We are primarily seeking local performers for each assigned venue. Housing and long-distance travel are not provided for standard seasonal assignments. Experience as a Santa performer, entertainer, educator, hospitality professional, actor, or public-facing performer is helpful but not required. Training and onboarding support provided for selected candidates.
