We're looking for friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to help create a safe, fun, and positive experience for our guests. This is not a traditional security position. Our Safety Team focuses heavily on guest interaction, customer service, crowd flow, and helping ensure everyone has an amazing night at Fear Factory.
Responsibilities may include:
Assisting and interacting with guests Monitoring attraction flow and guest safety Helping manage lines and crowd movement Responding to guest concerns professionally Supporting team communication throughout the event Creating a welcoming and positive environment If you stay calm under pressure, enjoy helping people, and work well as part of a team, we'd love to meet you.
